Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants will learn how to induce a hypnotic state, set clear intentions, and use auto-hypnosis to address specific goals such as stress reduction, habit change, and improved focus. By the end of the course, participants will have the tools and confidence to incorporate auto-hypnosis into their daily lives for ongoing self-improvement.

What to bring?:

* Pen and notepad if you want to take notes. 

* Slippers and/or winter socks.

* Dress yourself comfortably.

* Snacks will be available during breaks, but bring convenient meals like salads/sandwiches…for lunch. I do not recommend shared food options due to the wide variety of dietary preferences and restrictions, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and others.
