Shamanism is one of humanity's oldest spiritual traditions—a timeless practice of connecting deeply with the natural world and the greater universe. For thousands of years, indigenous cultures across the globe have cultivated this sacred wisdom.
At its heart is the shamanic journey, a profound method of entering spiritual realms to seek guidance, healing, and personal growth. This form of energy medicine utilizes rhythm, sound, and focused intention to access ancestral wisdom and compassionate spiritual allies.
In this workshop, you will learn this transformative practice through the foundational work of Sandra Ingerman, a world-renowned teacher celebrated for bridging ancient cross-cultural healing with modern life. The curriculum has been carefully developed and refined over forty years by a global community of authorized teachers, ensuring its depth and integrity.
Together, we will use drumming and chanting to explore hidden realms of insight. Through guided meditation, conversation, and ritual, you will discover practical shamanic techniques to reconnect with nature, access your inner wisdom, and receive the healing that awaits within.
In our workshops, we provide a safe and supportive container for journeying and provide guidance and instruction to ensure participants receive the most benefit from this powerful experience, and to gain a deeper understanding of its healing potential.
This workshop is a necessary prerequisite for the upcoming 2 year Shamanic Practitioner training.

* Scarf or eye mask
* Slippers and/or winter socks. If you tend to feel cold, I recommend bringing an extra pair of socks to stay comfortable.
* Dress yourself comfortably.
* Snacks will be available during breaks, but bring convenient meals like salads/sandwiches…for lunch. I do not suggest sharing food because there are different types of preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.).
